| Payment procedure |
Upon enrollment the agency takes a deposit of 20% of the course, registration, and accommodation placement fee.
Rest payment must be made at least two weeks prior to program start directly to the school. |

The deposit can be paid in EUR, USD, or CAD. The rest payment must be made in CAD (Canadian Dollars). |

| Confirmation of enrollment |
We forward your enrollment to the school immediately. Once the school confirms availability, we charge the deposit to your credit card. If you selected bank wire transfer, you will be given instructions on how to pay the deposit to our bank account.
You will receive the school's confirmation/invoice by email within 3 business days and by letter within 2-4 weeks depending on you location. |
| Cancellation |
If a booking has to be cancelled we must be informed in writing. A cancellation fee applies. |
