Notes: All rates include taxes and room charges as assigned by the residence. These charges account for the discrepancies between some rates. Space is available on a request-basis and is quite limited. Stays of 4 weeks or longer (especially at the YWCA) are very popular and limited. Students are encouraged to book well in advance of their studies.


AIRPORT RECEPTION

To reserve airport reception, LSC Requires payment at least 4 weeks in advance. Students are required to send the school complete flight details no later than the Thursday prior to arrival.

LSC has an airport reception emergency telephone number. In case of a sudden or unexpected change in the flight schedule, the school is able to pick up the student even with last minute changes. This number is given to all students who book airport reception. If you don't advise the school about the change and the greeter is send out to the airport to meet your plane, there is no refund.

'PROGRAMME' DEFINITION IN TUITION REFUND

Programme = total weeks of all tuition services reserved at time of booking

The refund policy applies to any withdrawal or reduction of services to the programme. Tuition fees are non-transferable.

The registration fee is non-refundable.

REJECTION BY IMMIGRATION CANADA

Students who are unable to obtain the appropriate documents to enter Canada are entitled to a complete refund less the registration fee. Students must request the refund in writing and return the original LSC Letter of Acceptance with a copy of the letter of rejection from Immigration Canada to the appropriate LSC centre.

ACCOMMODATION REFUND

Students must provide written notification a minimum of 4 full weeks in advance in order to qualify for a refund of unused accommodation fees. The accommodation placement fee is non-refundable.

DISPUTE POLICY

If you have any concerns, please come to the LSC Office for assistance. Final dispute resolution is the responsibility of the School Director or Registrar.
