Calgary is nestled between the Rocky Mountains to the west and the Prairies to the east. Students enjoy the legacy of the 1988 Olympics with Calgary's many sports and leisure venues around the city. Close to Calgary are many Provincial and National parks, offering beautiful views, excellent skiing, hiking and other outdoor activities. 
While in Calgary, you can visit the Olympic museum, Calgary Science Centre and Zoo. You can try skiing and snowboarding at the Calgary Olympic Park. You can even try a simulated bobsled at the Olympic Park! And for a real slice of Old West style living, you can study with LSC in July when the Calgary Stampede is held… a week of rodeo events like chuckwagon races! LSC Calgary
LSC Calgary is well-known for its excellent facilities. The school is centrally located for easy access to all that the city has to offer. Inside the school, you will find large, comfortable classrooms. You can always get something to eat as there is a cafeteria in the building and many restaurants in the neighbourground. The Student Resource Centre has computers with Internet access, CD-ROM, and audio materials to help you learn English. Wireless LAN access is also available.
